This semi-automatic batch foaming machine is an industrial equipment designed for producing foam products in batches with partial automation. Our semi-automatic sponge foaming machine mainly consists of a mixing barrel, foaming mold box, and raw material tanks. It features PLC touchscreen operation, which is user-friendly and capable of storing multiple raw material formulas. It is widely used in manufacturing polyurethane (PU) foams.
Semi-automatic batch foaming machine is primarily used for discontinuous automatic foaming of single mold boxes. It is an ideal choice for small and medium-sized sponge foaming plants, especially suitable for new enterprises that prefer not to produce sponge on continuous foaming lines.
