Algeria Client : Automatic Sponge Foaming Line & Foam Crane Unit
This client selected a fully automatic sponge foaming line and a matching foam crane unit for producing medium- and low-density sponge. After foaming is completed, the sponge is transported by the crane to an open area for storage and then further processed and sold. This solution helps the customer effectively connect the foaming and handling processes, improve production automation, and facilitate subsequent processing and sales.

Thailand Client : Vertical foam Cutting Machine
This customer needed to cut a special foam product with very high hardness. We customized a special blade and motor, cut the sample provided by the customer, and recorded a video for confirmation. Several spare blades were also supplied. Shortly afterward, the customer ordered 2 more units.

Philippines Client Automatic Horizontal Sponge Foaming Line
The sponge produced by this client is mainly used for mattresses and home furnishing products. According to the customer's production requirements, we equipped the sponge foaming line with 12 components and a short rear conveyor line, and dispatched technicians to the site for installation and technical guidance, helping the customer smoothly proceed with equipment installation and start production.

DR Congo Client: Vertical foam Cutting Machine, Horizontal Foam Cutting Machine & Chemical Raw Materials
To expand its sponge cutting capacity, the client purchased these two sponge cutting machines. At the same time, we supplied suitable chemical raw materials according to the sponge types produced by the customer. This solution helps the customer improve the cutting process, and the combined supply of equipment and raw materials also provides convenience for the customer's procurement and subsequent production.

Turkey Client Sponge production Line Upgrade + Foaming Technical Service
The client sponge production line needed to be upgraded to produce high-density sponge for high-end footwear. Based on the equipment conditions, we provided an upgrade plan and arranged for technicians and engineers to visit the site for installation and trial operation. We also provided training materials and on-site instruction on the foaming formula and foaming technology for producing this type of foam. The project was successfully put into production, helping the customer gain the capability to produce high-density foam for high-end footwear.

Bosnia and Herzegovina Client CNC Sponge Cutting Machine
Based on the images of the final products to be cut provided by the customer, we recommended a CNC dual-blade foam contour cutting machine. The machine had already been commissioned before shipment, and the drawings sent by the customer were imported into the computer to facilitate subsequent cutting. According to the customer's requirements, we dispatched a senior engineer to the site to install the machine and train the customer in machine operation and drawing methods. The customer has now put the machine into normal production.

Spain Customer Foam Compression and Roll Packing Machine
Based on the client's budget, we recommended a semi-automatic foam compression machine. Since the foam block the client needed to compress was relatively high, we customized the height of the foam compression machine for them. Later, the customer added a fully automatic foam roll packing machine to be used together with the compression machine, and both were loaded and shipped together in one container. Before shipment, we sent all installation and operation documents to the customer. After the machines arrived at the customer's factory, we provided full online guidance on installation and operation until the customer was able to start normal production.

US Customer CNC horizontal and vertical blade foam cutting machine
The customer was unsure whether our cutting machine could cut their required product. Based on the drawings they provided, we trial-cut a finished product at our factory, and the customer confirmed the order. After the machine arrived at their factory, we provided installation and operation documents. When problems occurred during installation and operation, we promptly provided solutions, helping ensure smooth use of the machine.

Nigeria Customer: Horizontal Carousel Foam Cutting Machine & Mattress Edge Sewing Machine
This client manufactures mattresses themselves. They need a horizontal carousel foam cutting machine to cut sponge into sheets, and a mattress tape edge machine to finish the edge binding around the mattress. Both machines are easy to install and operate, and we have provided the customer with the relevant documents. In response to the customer's tight delivery deadline, we actively coordinated production scheduling and completed delivery on time.
