Automatic Roll Foam Packaging Machine
This foam roll packing machine is specifically designed for the winding and compression packaging of wide-width foam rolls, accommodating foam widths ranging from 1000mm to 2300mm. Equipped with a hydraulic system, it applies uniform pressure to the loose foam rolls, enabling tight winding under compression. It can reduce the original roll diameter from 700–1500mm down to 350–750mm, maximizing space utilization and significantly lowering both logistics and warehousing costs for enterprises.
In terms of efficiency, the foam roll packing machine completes each roll cycle in approximately 50 seconds, balancing high-speed packaging with reliable compression quality. PE film is used as the packaging material, which tightly adheres to the roll surface to form a protective layer, providing effective protection against moisture, dust, and scratches, ensuring the product remains intact during long-distance transportation.
The Roll Foam Packaging Machine has a total power of 12kW, occupies a floor space of L5563 × W3904 × H3578mm, and weighs 5500kg in total. With its compact structure and stable operation, it is an ideal choice for the final packaging stage in foam processing and mattress manufacturing enterprises.
