Our fully automatic sponge production line is fully automatic in operation. The sponge foaming equipment adopts a modular design, covering core units such as large and small raw material storage tanks, an intelligent touch-control operation platform, a high-precision mixing head, a temperature-controlled foaming tunnel, a conveying and drive system, a cutting foam blocks device, and an observation platform. All units work in coordination to ensure a stable and controllable foaming process, meeting the requirements of continuous foam production.
Main Components of Foam Making Machine For Mattress
General process of producing sponge with this automatic sponge foaming line：
- Load raw chemical materials – All raw materials are loaded into the material tank using the loading system.
- Control temperature – The temperature of the raw materials inside the tank is controlled with a chiller.
- Check flow rates – Before foaming, the flow of all raw materials is verified.
- Perform small sample test – A small sample test is conducted prior to foaming to ensure correct flow and overall setup.
- Prepare liner materials – Kraft paper and plastic film are placed.
- Start foaming process – The foaming process begins.
- Cut to length – After the sponge is formed, it is cut into preset lengths by a downstream cutting machine.
- Cure and further processing – The cut sponge is left to cure, followed by additional processing and packaging.
