This semi-automatic batch foaming machine is an industrial equipment designed for producing foam products in batches with partial automation.
Our semi-automatic sponge foaming machine mainly consists of a mixing barrel, foaming mold box, and raw material tanks. It features PLC touchscreen operation, which is user-friendly and capable of storing multiple raw material formulas.
It is widely used in manufacturing polyurethane (PU) foams.

The semi-automatic sponge foaming machine has high production flexibility and can produce various types of sponges by adjusting raw material formulas, process parameters, and mold design. Mainly used for production Polyurethane (PU) sponge, which is the most common type, covering different densities and hardness.
- Ordinary soft foam: such as furniture cushioning materials, mattresses, cushions, etc.
- High rebound sponge (HR): used for car seats and high-end furniture.
- Slow rebound sponge (memory foam): medical, pillows, etc.
- Flame retardant sponge: meets fire protection requirements by adding flame retardants (such as aviation and automotive interiors)

Q: How long does the semi automatic foaming machine take to produce a PU foam block?
A: If we calculate based on 8 hours a day, it can produce 60-80 sponge foam with a density of around 20kg/m3.
