The story behind this order began with the client's factory visit. They came to us searching specifically for Ortholite PU foam - a material they planned to laminate with leather for shoe insole production. During our discussion, we gained a clear picture of their manufacturing process and recommended an Ortholite foam density that would deliver the best results for their needs. To make sure everything was right, we cut Ortholite foam samples on the spot. The client inspected them, tested the feel and resilience, and placed their order then and there.
