A delegation of Indian clients recently visited our company to explore the purchase of a fully Automatic Continuous Foaming Machine. The visit was designed to give the customers an in-depth understanding of our technology, production strength, and the real-world performance of our sponge machine.
Our team extended a warm welcome and delivered a comprehensive presentation on the fully automatic continuous foaming system, highlighting its precision control, energy-efficient operation, and intelligent automation features. To provide hands-on proof of performance, we accompanied the clients to a nearby sponge manufacturing plant that has been running our polyurethane foam continuous machine for over two years.
During the factory tour, the Indian delegation observed the entire production process in action - from raw material feeding and mixing to the consistent formation of high-quality foam blocks. They showed particular interest in the stable foaming quality, low scrap rate, and the line's user-friendly HMI control system.
