This advanced semi-automatic sponge foaming machine features pneumatic motion and can be compatible with rectangular, cubic, or cylindrical mold. The mixer speed is electronically adjustable via a user-friendly control panel for precise operation.
Memory foam making machine
This model of batch memory foam making machine typically consists of a mixing chamber or tank where ingredients are added and blended. The chamber is equipped with heating and cooling capabilities to maintain the desired temperature throughout the mixing process. The machine operates semi-automatically: chemical tanks for PPG, POP, and TDI are loaded via pumps, while other small additives are added manually.
Foaming Process:
The standard batch foaming machine can mix different raw materials by pump or manual then drop all materials into the mixed tank. After mixing, the materials will be drop into the mold to make square or round sponge blocks.
Batch foam machines supports a density range of 10–60 kg/m³ and can produce standard sponge foam, memory foam, and high-resilience (HR) foam for various applications, including furniture, sofas, mattresses, shoes, and toys.
