Equipment Function Overview
This rebonding foam making machine is designed to mix pulverized sponge material with adhesive according to process ratios. The mixture is then loaded into molds and pressed by a hydraulic system to achieve the required density, producing regenerated sponge blocks widely used in cushions for mattresses, sofas, and similar applications.
Molding & Steam Heating Options
When equipped with fully automatic steam-heated molds, the molding cycle is significantly shortened, increasing production efficiency by 6 to 8 times. Depending on capacity requirements, users can select single-station or dual-station steam mold boxes. These mold boxes feature automatic forward/reverse travel and automatic door opening/closing, enabling rapid material loading and demolding for continuous production.
Process Flow & Structural Features
The rebonding foam making machine integrates mixing, blending, and compression molding into a continuous production line. The mixing tank is equipped with a pneumatically operated discharge gate, controlled by a cylinder for automatic opening and closing. The entire control system allows programmable control of mixing time, discharge cycle, and hydraulic press stroke, ensuring batch-to-batch stability.
