This industrial single‑needle automatic mattress quilting machine can automatically sew various materials and designs.It is mainly used for cotton, chemical fiber, wool, camel hair, silk quilts, bedspreads, sleeping bags, mattresses, and textile accessories. The machine comes with multy built‑in patterns, and custom designs are also available.
Controlled by a computer system, this industrial single‑needle quilting machine can perfectly handle all kinds of complex designs across the entire coordinate system. Its production speed, mechanical performance, and noise level are unmatched by ordinary quilting machines.
It supports a quilting thickness of approximately 1200 gsm, and the spindle speed is adjustable from 500 to 2000 r/min, accommodating different fabric types and process requirements. Powered by 220V/50Hz, with a power rating of 2000W, it offers reasonable energy consumption and is suitable for continuous factory operation.
The complete equipment set includes:
