Production Introduction - Sponge Suction Cutting Machine
Sponge suction cutting machine work with a round worktable which can be placed multi foam blocks,then the worktable moving and the cutting blade cutting the foam block into slices.
The powerful suction system effectively secures the sponge in place during cutting, ensuring precise and consistent results. This feature is particularly essential when working with low-density foams, where stability is critical to maintaining cut quality.
The cutting thickness can be pre-set from the Control Box in steps of 1/100mm, the cutting angle of the knife guidance can be adjusted in the range 0 degree to 5 degree by means of a Hand Wheel. A D.C. motor with smooth start and soft braking drives the table. The Turning Speed of the table is infinitely adjustable. This foam cutting equipment equipped with a vacuum system which prevents the movement of blocks during cutting and makes the foam cut more accurate. Specially suitable for low density foam cut.
